Ransomware attacks against schools continue to be a threat and one that is not being adequately addressed. With reduced state and local budgets the threat may not be able to be addressed. This panel will provide an overview of the ransomware threat, why schools are such an attractive target, and what can be done in the short term and long term to address this challenge.
