CLICK HERE TO REGISTER FOR THIS SESSION! Ben will deliver a one-hour presentation on highlights from Cyber Law. The presentation will appeal to a broad range of professionals who deal with cyber security and digital investigations. It will explain global trends, interesting cases and lessons learned. For example, it will drill into the practical lessons to draw from a widely-publicized disaster: In September 2019, a sheriff in Iowa arrested two professional penetration testers and pressed criminal charges against them. They were employees of a cybersecurity firm named Coalfire, which had been formally retained by Iowa State court administrators to test security in county courthouses. The lessons from that story apply to many of the things we do throughout the world in data security and investigations.
The presentation will provide opportunity for questions and discussion.
